Well done to past pupils David McCarthy and Barry Ryan who are All Ireland Oscar Traynor Champions again! They visited us today with the trophy and spoke so well of the commitment and hard work behind getting to your goal. David has nephews still coming to school here and is always very good to drop in to us during the year. Here's to three in a row!

We visited the Maid of Erin statue, in memory of the Manchester Martyr's, the Old Mill, The County Library (where we saw De Valera's Dodge car) and also the 1916 commemoration site at the club bridge in town. A good outing was had by all.
