Well done to the boys and girls of Junior Infants, their teacher and SNA who organised an Ice Cream Party in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland. It was a huge success and all classes contributed so generously to it! We all especially loved the yummy toppings!!
It was a beautiful day yesterday for what has become our annual performance in Ennis as part of the Fleadh Nua festival. This year students from Ennis N.S joined us which really added to the day. The students played pieces from the Seinn na nÓg programme as well as performances from dancers from both schools.

We recently entered a Girls and Boys team into the FAI 5-A-Side soccer competition in Lees Road. Both our teams were in the medium sized schools divisions and did the school proud.
Both teams got out of their respective groups and our Boy's came up just short, missing out on a County Final on goal difference.
Well Done to everyone involved on what was a very wet day in Lees Road!
Today, 6th Class worked on the amazing IZAK-9 Maths cube. Working in pairs of 3 children were posed different challenges that they had to figure out using teamwork and know how. Everyone had a lot of fun.
Another wonderful night of music, dance and song was had by all at the Cathedral last night. Organised by our own Karen Vaughan and the Diocesan Advisor, Joe Searson; the Seinn na nÓg Concert was fantastic collaboration between musicians, teachers and schools. Well done to all the children who participated for their hard work and preparation.
There has been great excitement and a lot of hard work over the last few weeks and months and we are all so happy to finally be in our new, state of the art school! Yesterday, we welcomed parents into the school for a grand tour and to see the range of educational programmes which their children take part in on a daily basis.
You can continue to keep up to date on all events and news from the school using this webpage, twitter @criostri and our HSCL Parent's Page on Facebook!
Congratulations to the Confirmation Class of 2018! We had a lovely ceremony on Friday last filled with music, song and the Holy Spirit. Thank you to all who helped to make the day so special. Thank you in particular to Bishop Fintan, Fr Dariusz and Fr Tom who celebrated the mass with us.
Bhaineamar an-taitneamh as an Seó Taillainne a bhí againn i gcóir Seachtain na Gaeilge. Ghlac gach rang páirt agus rinne na daltaí iarracht iontach gaeilge a caint. Féach ar buaichphointí an seó!
